A $20 booking fee per person is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee is deducted from your final total on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance, including your chosen chain (starting from $60-$110) and any additional charms ($30 each), is paid separately at your appointment.

Our chains and charms are available in 14k gold filled and sterling silver. Our five chain options and endless charm collection are available in both alloys.

Your permanent jewellery appointment is completely custom to you. When you arrive, you’ll choose your chain style and any charms you’d like to add. We’ll then measure and custom-fit the bracelet to your wrist before cutting the chain to size. Once you’re happy with the fit, we’ll permanently weld the chain closed using our specialist jewellery welder. 

The process takes approximately 15 minutes per person, depending on your design and number of bracelets. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment so we can get you started on time.

14K GOLD FILLED → A durable, high-quality material made with a thick layer of real 14K gold bonded to a brass core. Proper care helps maintain its finish. 

925 STERLING SILVER → Naturally oxidises and may discolour over time. This is completely normal and can usually be restored with regular cleaning and polishing.

KEEP IT SPARKLY → Gently polish your jewellery regularly with our soft polishing cloth to remove everyday oils, lotions and buildup.

KEEP IT HEALTHY → Chains may naturally stretch with wear. If your bracelet feels loose or stretched, book a repair before it becomes too weak. Severely stretched chains may break and may not be repairable.

BE MINDFUL → Excessive force, snagging, heavy lifting or sport may stretch, weaken or break your chain.

AVOID → Harsh chemicals, chlorinated pools, hot tubs & spas, cleaning products, and excessive contact with perfumes and lotions.

My permanent jewellery is covered by the Stay Hot Forever by Yellow Chilli Jewellery Warranty.

All Yellow Chilli Jewellery permanent bracelets come with a 60-day warranty. If your bracelet breaks within this period, you can visit us for a free of charge repair. After the 60-day warranty period, repairs are available for a $20 service fee. Please book a repair appointment online.

Please note that tarnishing/natural oxidation is not considered a manufacturing fault and is not covered under warranty. If your bracelet breaks and the chain or charms are lost and cannot be retrieved, we are unable to replace them under warranty or not.

Failure to show up or cancel/reschedule your appointment more than 12 hours before your appointment time may result in a forfeit of the deposit.

The warranty does not apply where damage results from misuse, accidental damage, excessive force, alterations made by another jeweller, improper care or normal wear and tear.

Yellow Chilli Jewellery offers re-welding and repair services in accordance with our current Warranty Policy.

I understand that:

• Repairs will require inspection before being accepted.
• Missing sections of chain, missing charms or lost jewellery will require replacement components at your cost.
• We have the right to refuse repair of overly stretched or damaged jewellery.

All customers are required to complete and agree to our Permanent Jewellery Waiver before their appointment. This confirms that you understand the permanent jewellery process, materials, care requirements and our terms.

Permanent jewellery is available to customers 16 years and over. Customers under 18 must have parental or legal guardian consent and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at their appointment.
